This is a great product at a great price!
This is my most up to date laptop. Asus makes quality products. I have several. All perform very well without problems. All are maintenance free except for backups. I love them all!

Good value
Love the performance of it, however only has one speaker, so I always have to carry around my bose pc speakers or headphones. Was a good value overall.

Some Initial problems, but fine overall
Very fast Delivery. Initial set up after imaging drive required over 100 W7 updates which took about 2 hours via moderate speed wifi connection. After 10 hours total on time, the display developed a problem (stuck on pixel column which required an rma to the Asus service Center in Milpitas, CA. While it did cost me 16 bucks to send it to CA,the repair process was fairly painless and efficient (about 9 days total turnaround time from ID'ing the problem, contacting ASUS, shipping the unit and getting it back, apparently with a new display panel. So far the machine performs as expected for a second gen I-7 with onboard graphics. I even got an old bluetooth mouse to work with it (although every once and awhile it randomly drops out.) So all-in-all, even with the rma hassle, this seems to be a good deal for this class of machine.

Asus offers very poor customer service
The quality of the product is fine as was the value. And Tiger Direct was a great vendor to deal with. However, the customer service ASUS offers is very poor. The day I opened the box I contacted their customer service service for assistance. It was all via e-mail and it was obvious they were not paying attention to my questions and just offering stock answers to questions I did not need answered.

Great value for the price
Overall, this is a great little computer. Only has one speaker but at this size you would not get any separation so you need to hook up a small set of speakers.
