Silenx IXAFM20 Silicone Dampening Fan Mounts - 20 Pack
The Silenx IXAFM20 Silicone Dampening Fan Mounts are made of a proprietary silicone based vibration dampening material that decouples fan motor vibration from your case. Very simple to install, the Silenx IXAFM20 Silicone Dampening Fan Mounts are designed to prevent fan motor vibrations from resonating with your case, which can emit an irritating low frequency noise. Simply remove the screws on your existing fans and swap out for these mounts and say adios to motor vibration. Comes in a set of twenty (20) units, which is sufficient for five (5) case fans.

very easy install !
i watched a review on the cougar fans that come with these types of mounts and they had a very hard time with them. i did not took me about two mins to install all 5 of my fans... great product eliminates all vibration and helps keep fan cooled computers quite... also make sure your fans screw holes dont have a full tube from one end to the other suzz these wont work with them at all, as i had to order two more fans to replace the stock ones that came with my case due to that. would recomend for sure :)

Not worth the price
These are great fan mounts. They work well, and are extremely durable and stretch a good ways. What I don't like is the price. If this was knocked down to around $4-6, I could see recommending or buying again. Other than that, a great product.

GREAT
These things are wonderful noticed a massive drop in fan noise i'm running 5 120mm and 3 140mm fans. love love.. HOWEVER be ready to jump - scream - and run around throwing a fit like a 2 year old when trying to put them in. Can be a bit troublesome to get in.. But are well worth the hassle.. wish there was more per pack for the price..

A bit pricy but they work
I love these things. They work for what they were designed to do. The cost is a but much for what they are, if they came 40 to a pack it would be better :)
