Good product
The arm band worked well for running - lightweight, and you can control the ipod easily, yet it stays protected from sweat. I was surprised at how small the arm band was. It works for me, as long as I don't lift too many weights!

Good product for what I have
I bought this armband in conjunction with a MachSpeed Eclipse 8GB MP3 player, which is a less expensive, nearly identical copy of the iPod Nano. It works great with it. I have no issues with using any of the controls on my MP3 player. The armband itself fits great and even has a slot where you can slide the heads of your earbuds into to keep them from dangling. Only issue...I can't slide my ID card into it for when I go to the gym. lol.
