Personal Cloud
The drive works perfect for a stand alone and backup drive. But when I tried to conect it to my Asus router(RT-AC66R)for a personal network cloud drive, it gave me a flux. It took three day to get it to work and I still can't get the down load manager to down load. It's working pretty go now but I still think I'm missing some features without the down load manager. I'm going to call Asus for some help with that. The drive is ALWAYS on because I'm using it as my personal cloud. I don't want my personal information on someone else server. It runs cool and quiet plus I can up and down loud information to it from anywhere. The drive is will worth the price. I think I'll buy another one and use it as a back up for this one.

Definitely good bang for the buck(s)
Virtually plug and play with a Windows PC. Fair warning: you are likely to run into problem with drive not being recognized because a needed service for mounting the drive has been turned off. Be patient and do some online searching. Can't remember how I fixed issue but a simple getting into Services and turning a service on and it was fine.
