Most installers dont know what they are doing!
I have use this type of RAM for a few years now! 1066 Clocks will only work on AM2+ motherboard with SLI-RAM setting. or it will default to 800. You can only Epp the ram if there are 2or less sticks installed any more and it will fail and return to 800. I believe these series of 1066 ram was a big selling scheme. In all truth all pc6500 ram is 800 ram clocked to 1066. But none the less this the best ram on the market in any speed. Of 15 years of building PCs I have only once ever recieved a stick of ram that was bad out of the box. If you know how to properly install components You should not have as much trouble as some here have...But I recommend this ram to all..

Works Great
Fast stable and a breeze to install. I had 2 sticks for about 2 years and now that I upgraded to Win7 Pro x64 I bought 2 more to bring my machine up to 8gb. I cracked open my case, dropped in the RAM and booted up to 8gb no problem.
