If your use to fast, don't get these
No guides for the wires, a nightmare to get the wires lined up in the holes. No recommented if you are use to the good, fast, easy ones.

Complete Nightmare
I expected these to be RJ-45 connectors with a sleeve for guiding the wires in place, however these connectors are different. They will only work with the included sleeves, and the sleeves are awful. It took me more then twice as long to make cables using these and I end up throwing away connectors in the process. Also, they don't crimp as tight on the cable as standard connectors with a standard crimper, making a weaker cable. I threw out the while pack after trying to use 10.
