Add extra storage space to your PC and smaller computers using the StarTech Hard Drive Dock. It has an internal docking station in which any 2.5" and 3.5" SATA hard drives can be used. Featuring a trayless design, it allows any 2.5/3.5 in SATA hard drive to be used and inserted. The power control is conveniently placed in the front allowing you to power the drives on/off as needed. cheap cheap quality
Very cheaply made of plastic - mounting nut in housing came off right away - would not recommend - pay more money and get a better built unit

Convenient drive dock.
Have only had this for a day or two and have not had a chance to really test it. Initial tests are good. One thing not mentioned, unlike a USB external drive, you can't just turn this SATA connected dock on and off (even though it has a power button for each drive) and have the drive appear and disappear from the drive list. You must use the OS's scan for hardware changes function or get a utility such as HotSwap (shareware)to be able to add or safely remove drives while the system is running. Because the 2.5 and 3.5 bays have there own SATA connection, you can copy between the two bays. And of course, it's quicker than a USB dock.
