HDMI over Cat5E Extender
The HDMI over Cat5E Extender was exactly what I needed. I download movies to my computer hard drive (Blu-Ray, DVD) which is in my office. I ran the Cat6 wire up the wall through the attic and down to my entertainment, surround sound system, about 50 feet. What you have to do is make sure that your display on your Computer is set to 1920 X 1080 and that you duplicate the monitors. I get beautiful resolution, great definition. It was the perfect solution to my problem of running HDMI over a long distance without losing any quality in the picture.

Great product
I bought this to stream my XBox360 from my livingroom to my computer monitor when the wife wants to watch TV. At first I had a little trouble getting things to work, I was getting stuttering, skipping of the picture and no sound. Changing the HDMI cables helped a little but it wasnt until I screwed the receiver and transmitter down that the stuttering-skipping-no sound finally ceased. Now I can sit at my desk & rock my livingroom.
