I can't leave a review because of company names
This is an awesome product. At first I was pretty skeptical of running an hd monitor from a usb port, but apparently there was nothing to worry about. This adapter was easy to set up and has a really quick response time for running off a standard usb 2 port. I had a few issues with the monitor not starting every time during start up at first, but after installing a multiple monitor software I've had no problems and haven't had to reorganize my desktop icons once since. I've used this to connect a third 24 inch (NOT ALLOWED TO NAME BRAND) LED monitor to a (NOT ALLOWED TO NAME BRAND) tower for two weeks now, and I'm already planning on ordering a few more for the other workstations in my office. So if you're having doubts, take my word for it, this thing works, and works well.

Great Adapter for Extra Monitor
I needed a way to add a 3rd monitor to my system without adding another video card in my desktop. This one fit the bill perfectly (using 3 1080p displays). I did have an issue at first installing as there was a conflict with older display software on my system. I wrote Sabrent and email and they actually called me and worked with me setting it up through remote desktop. Now that is Customer Service. Sabrent's CS is amazing! I highly recommend their products. I am now enjoying 3 monitors, which really helps with certain programs (video post production).

NEVER RECEIVED
Ordered item 3rd week in Jan 2012. Was shipped incorrect items (USB-1612). Shipped back and then shipped incorrect items again. Shipped back incorrect item again. 2 weeks past I call and this item is no longer available it's now 3rd week in March. Item still on website for sale, but none to ship and don't know when they will have any.

Works fine
Works all right. USB 2 interface does not allow for smooth playback of HD videos.

DID NOT WORK
I have a laptop, also recently purchased from this site, with two external monitors hooked up. One through the laptop's built in monitor adapter and one through the video adapter. Video DOES NOT WORK on the monitor connected to the video adapter, but video DOES work on my other monitors, even with the updated drivers. Web Pages and Images are distorted. Apps without video DO WORK for some reason. But my main purpose for the card was for video and image processing so this does not help at all. Called the manufacturer to see if they could help, but the customer service sucked. Not happy, very unsatisfied. The color of the adapter is misrepresented. I received a grey one as many others did instead without letting us know about not having a choice in variation.
