I bought a 7 in. model for my oldest daughters birthday the 1st day TD had them for sale, which must have been soon after they were released because the Aluratek website still hadn't gotten thier support and download webpages for it up yet. After contacting them they said it would be up soon. A couple days later they emailed me to let me know it was up and ready. About a month into it the unit wouldnt turn on. Contacted Aluratek and they gave me a RMA number, 10 days later I had a new unit with all the newest updates already installed and it hasnt skipped a beat since. It has been so good I got 2 more for my grandsons age 7 & 8 and it plays all the games and learning programs they want.
