Best Turkey I'veEver Eaten
I have one of thes units, I deep fried my first turkey yesterday. The best white meat I ever had. The meat was as moist as the dark meat. My wife was mad at me for spending the money on this. Now whenever shes talking on the phone, I hear her saying she'll never cook another turkey in the oven again. It cooks a 14 lb. turkey in 37 minutes, since the turkey is so small you can cook two, in less time than one in the oven. Dennis
