Have had it only a couple weeks, but so far so good. i am still waiting for my MS7 upgrade. I wish it came preloaded. Seems to operate quickly and reliably. I have experienced no frozen screen or slow due to dual processor as mentioned before by others. |

I purchase this product 1 month ago but its not a good deal like i expected, the screen freeze frequently, and after 3h the battery was off.

What a great value for a notebook this size! Description says 'refurbished' but this laptop arrived in near new condition. The system did not perform as well as I expected: dual processing seems slow at times, and the large screen is not well-defined. Otherwise overall this is fantastic. |

Great deal for $579. Though refurb, looks brand new; even has the sticky plastic wrap over the shiny plastic surfaces. Build quality looks good. Processor more than adequate for MS Office apps. Not a gamer, so I'm not sure how strong it would be for that. LCD resolution good but screen not as bright as other 17 |
