Bought 2 and love them all!
I have installed 2 of these cameras. All work flawlessly for Skype and the microphone works perfect too. Logitech is a leader in their filed and this unit is another shining example of their good work. I will buy more of these if they become available again.

would buy again
After much shopping, I came to the conclusion that as nice as some of the really expensive webcams are, I couldn't justify spending that kind of money just to Skype and for an online class. Bought one for me in August. Totally satisfied, and bought 2 others for family members for Christmas. Got all of them for $20 each. If I was going to pay $40 or more then I would look at different cameras. Built in mic works great, picture is pretty good-- just a little grainy. Easy easy easy setup.

Completely seamless, plug n play, works great with that site that everyone uses with web cams (rhymes with hype).
