Good Product
Pros: Price. Very good range. Works with AT&T. Relatively easy setup if you have your ATT user ID & password and use the Easy Config. on the CD. Disregard the reviews that say (change the VPI to 0) and use the default setting of 8. Cons: Can't setup manually, you must use the CD, but it works for basic setup. No tech support, AT&T will give you the user ID and password but no tech support for products not supplied by them and Hiro support is non-existent. But I didn't need it and it works.

Great Product
I bought this modem in place of the $200 modem Windstream wanted me to buy from them. It took me a little while to get it set up for wireless, but once I figured out the correct setting on my computer set up was a breeze. I've been using it for about a month and it was worked great.

some are not correct
The set up for this item was very easy once I got help from AT&T. I relied on some of the previous reviews and set the vpi to 0. I tried several times with no success. After 4 calls to AT&T I got a man that helped me. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and he finally told me to change the setting to 8 which was the default setting. Went right through. If it doesn't work on 0 then try the 8 or vice versa.

Works Great
If you have AT&T make sure you set the VPI to 0 when installing. If you dont change that number it will not work.
