Great Product
Bought this Sony for my 90 year old aunt and she loves it. Tried a friend's earlier model but she didn't do well with the buttons. The touch screen was an excellent option for her.

Great Product
Enjoy my reader it is great. The only problem I have had is that there was no information telling me if I purchased ebooks from B&N they would not work. But I managed to find lots of ebooks that will read on the reader.

Gift for a grandmother
I bought this as a package deal for my mom. She loves to read. Plus she travels between my sisters and my self. So carrying books is no fun, on a plain or a train of in the rain. Plus she carries books she can read to the grand kids at night. The bonus is that she can change the font size and she loves the stylus. And with the ablity to get free books off of google that adds more. I think I saw a previous post about calibre we have not tried it yet but that you can covert other formats for the sony e reader.(i think) Overall she loves this little e reader. She does still pick up books, but only cause its faster than finding it on the internet and downloading it. For a person that is not into Tech that much(my mother) she took to this like fish in water. Just easy.

Reminds me of my WM-F10
Sony still builds them sturdy. What I like the most is the aluminum case along with the chrome details. Right away it looks better than any of the other readers on the market. Load times can be a little unpredictable, but not horrid. But it reads just about anything. I use it for my Manga. P.S. Take Kelso's advice, and get Calibre. Or some other file management system. The Sony library software loves to lag out.

Get Calibre!
WOW! Teriffic deal, and I got it in the mail two days after ordering it, not the week stated. But there is one issue. Since this is my first ereader, I didn't know about the formatting issue with PDF. I'm now told that NO ereader, this one included, will format PDF correctly when you enlarge the print. I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend a free downloadable program called Calibre, which you can use to change PDF to ePub -- plus it lets you rename the book titles -- which does reformat correctly when you enlarge the print on your reader. Now, I feel like I have the best product on the market. I love the touch screen and it's so much easier on my eyes than my netbook was, with that awful backlight. GREAT product at a GREAT price! Buy it! And then go get Calibre.
