Good product
I added the drive to help copy VHS tapes to DVD, but that program didn't work. I did copy a home DVD and it worked well.

Decent
Had for over year now, and only issue is sometimes it acts like its about to take off. I mean that when it starts to read disc it sounds like it is revving up and can take a minute to reach speed. Not big issue though.

No nero software included
deceptive advertising, photo shows Nero Essentials software, came with something else. drive is fine, but software should have been Nero Essentials as advertised. very displeased
