Extremely pleased !!!
I have purchased many new, and refurbished computers. I have never had a problem. With this particular computer, it arrived within three business days after order, well packaged, and completely sealed in a tight plastic wrap. After opening, I could not find a scratch, or even a spec of dust on the case. With curiosity, I opened the case to find it appearing as new inside. This computer runs quiet, and fast. I could not be more pleased, with its performance. If I had not read the description of this machine before, I would bet that it was brand new !!! Buy this machine, you won't be sorry.

really fast, good buy
It's everything my boyfriend's mom could ever want. Easy to set up and she is amazed how much faster she goes than on her old laptop. Love the XP Pro too, less issues. The only con was there was a loose screw in the case, which bothered my BF, and was easily removed. Another great purchase from this site!

Excellent deal
Easy to hook up. The item is refurbished, but unless you look at the case closely you'd never know it! I like it so much that I'm buying another one for my brother for his birthday.

Slow going
Hooked it up thinking I was going to have a faster pc than my ancient one but there is not much difference in this product.
