OK unit but there are better

I had earlier bought an Artec T3AP from your retail outlet in Mississauga. It was and is a great machine and I have no complaints. The Craig, by contrast, is disappointing. The remote is a nuisance and the screen menu presentation is lacklustre, compared to the Artec. Also, the fact that there is no button function to recall previous views is very disappointing. I wish I had bought another Artec for my second TV.

Pleasantly surprised

Set-up was easy, and it found 11 channels. I live on a hill and have an external antenna, but I only got 7 analog signals and many of them had fuzzy picture quality. Now, my digital pictures are crisp and clear. Pleasantly surprised.

Solid performing box

Easy hook up. Solid quality. Remote is sort of cheesy but works ok. Signal strength is high and search was fast. Six more stations than my other box.

Works OK

This unit operates as described. I don't like how the remote works or should I say does not work in some aspects. Having to use 2 remotes is just a pain I'll have to deal with. I wont be buying this brand of converter box again for my other tv.
