Buyer Beware
I have had my board since July and it was running fine until one day I heard a cracking sound in my tower followed by the tower shutting down. I opened up the unit and found the bottom clip for the cpu fan had snapped off. ASUS tells me its physical damage and my warranty is now void. I had to buy a new bracket from their e-store but regardless my 5 year warranty they advertise is now moot. I will never buy ASUS again

Good for awhile
no trouble for 6 months, then not so good. boot hangs on bios for about 3 min.

Great trustworthy brand, Great MB
Asus makes the best mid to upper end motherboards out there. This is there lowest end MB in the Mid range they have now that I can testify as being fantastic. I've used many Asus MB's and this one is a great, easy install no headache MB. 955 black CPU, lotta high end memory. Sata, usb, yadda yadda. Will buy again and getting rdy to buy 2 more. Just a great all around MB.

great combo purchased
asus evo mb with amd chip, great combo. I also upgraded to 16 gigs. Nice box with a nice punch.
