Beware the fan!
I haven't bought this (yet, but give me 5 minutes), but I can tell you that 3 of the 4 components are highly-rated and compatible with one another. The 4th is totally worthless for this configuration. That's right, it's the fan. Read the specs: The fan is good for up to 95W processor; this processor: 125W. However, the other 3 components are worth $236 on 'nova ovum', all get 4+ stars, sooo... If you need an upgrade for your present AM2 PC and a CPU cooler for say -- a home theater setup? -- this is as good a deal as you'll find...
