Mssing Drivers
I could not get on the internet untik I downloaded Drivers and Windows update Asus Technitions walked me through it.

ASUSX54C-BBK19 Refueb
This computer works great now however it arrived minus most of the drivers needed to operate. I could not get on the internet to update the computer because of the missing drivers. I had to downlowd the drivers onto anouther computer then trasnfer them to the Asus-- big hassle. Seems to me the Asus Refurb should come with the drivers installed to at least connect to the internet! Works great now that I have updated everything that needed updating, which did take a few hours.

Great Purchase No Worries Good Deal
Had A little trouble with the order customer service handled it have had absolutely no trouble problems or malfunctions with the Asus X 54C I have done business For Years and have always been happy and satisfied with my over all experience as for this particular Item I have done quite a bit of research and liked what it had to offer got the best dealLook Forward to my next purchase with them Thanx guys I appreciate you

First one DOA, second one good
The first machine was a DOA. The power switch did not work unless pressed repeatedly. Once booted up, the battery was not charging. Return was easy, new machine arrived in 2 days, return shipping label provided. Once set up, machine works well, no other problems.

Hardware solid - software out of date
The PC functions well and is in nice shape. I spent a day updating software starting with over 75 Windows updates. Seems the refurbisher could do a better job on the software before shipping.
