Better to buy it new
I have had a few roku's for our home and I thought that I would save a few bucks. I have had nothing but headaches from this little box. It keeps freezing up and rebooting on its own. For the $30 I saved it is not worth it. Next time I'll but 1 new

Not as good as new
I own 4 Roku devices, 3 I bought new and 1 refurb. My refurb device is the only unit I have ever had issues with and I have had 2 of the units several yrs (refurb since Jan 13'). Should've returned it while I had the chance.

Good for the price
I just got tired of paying for satelite and finally pulled that plug. I do wish there were a few more free channel that carried my favorite channels. But netflix and hulu plus do have many of them. the roku box itself has been wonderful

Most-satisfying money I've spent in a long time
I bought this refurbished unit just as an experiment. My TV and Blu Ray have streaming features but the interruptions, slow streaming and overall hassle made it impossible to enjoy streaming content. I thought my cable speed was to blame. Turns out, it was my hardware that was causing the problem. This $70 Roku player works nearly flawlessly. Best money I have spent in a long time. The quality is the same as watching a DVD. The wife and I watched all 9 episodes of ''Wallander'' from NF over a weekend. Only once did the Roku stop streaming correctly... and that was corrected almost immediately. I have it feeding through the wireless connection (N speed). Wired worked the same.
