Built a new computer last week. This works as expected. It came with Nero 8 but I haven't installed it yet. So I have not burned with it yet. Will get into that later this week.
This was a little pricey but I wanted the Nero8 |

Drive works great with my Windows 7 system. Burns much faster than my old Plextor. The Nero Essentials software that comes with it is not compatible, so I had to download the Lightscribe software directly from the Lightscribe website - which took multiple efforts because their site was so busy. |

Does what I wanted it to do, which was for LightScribe labels. Somewhat slow, but that's not entirely surprising. I'm happy with the drive. |
