Works Great and the Wife is Happy
The computer looked like it had never been used. After charging the battery, the computer worked great and allows my wife to work on her hobby projects.

Dell D630 Refurb - very satisfied
I have received the Dell Latitude D630 refurb and I must say that I'm very pleased with it. There is not a scratch or scuff on it anywhere. Looks like new! It started up with a virgin Win7 license and everything works perfectly. It came with the Win7 install DVD, but I didn't use it since Win7 was already loaded on the hard drive. The documentation says it was refurbished by a Microsoft-licensed refurbisher, which explains why it was so well done. The battery seems like it has plenty of life left in it, which was something I was really worried about. I was especially happy to see that it has the Intel graphics chip instead of the notoriously hot Nvidia chip used on earlier models.

Bad Battery
I received a refurbished computer. I have been receiving message indicating the unit battery is reaching end of its life. This indication presents itself during boot up. I understand this issue has been a common occurrence with other purchase. I don't consider this condition to be acceptable in refurbished equipment.
