very good value
computer works well although I spent almost 5 hours on phone the 2nd day getting updates for dot net framework to install. Works well otherwise and recommend purchasing to others.

Works well for what it is
Received it in good condition with everything stated. Swapped out the 512 ram for 2 gb ram that I already had. Is fast using wireless N. No complaints.

Arrived With Virus
Jan 10, 2012 Product given as Christmas gift. When turned on Win-XP went through installation process. At end of process after reboot computer displayed strange screen. Contacted re-furb company. Their diagnosis was a virus on the hard drive had become installed along with the other software during the initial setup & installation process. They recommended to reformat the hard drive & reinstall system from CD. This will be a several hour process.

Product SUCKS
When the computer came, opened the box the SOFTWARE and MANUALS was not shipped with the Computer. Wrote to US Micro Corp. and they sent me the Software but no MANUALS.

Not what is portrayed
The computer is very slow, it aleways freezes. I know it is used and should have spent the few extra dollars for a new one. All in all it works and saved me a few bucks. Would I do it again....? I dont know.
