Great desktop computer
Set up was quick and easy. Have had it up and running for about three months with no problems. Very fast. Fills all our needs for internet search and e-mail. Our second HP.

good deal great service
The unit arrived on time and I needed to contact support for a glitch I caused messing with the memory. Anyhow was amazed with the support and efficiency of both companies. I slugged it out for years with 1.5Gb of ram so 10 feels like being on a spaceship. Plus it has 4 slots so I'm about to load em up and have 24GB ram to blow. Good deal , good machine. So far so good.

Disappointment
The HP Pavillion arrived in a timely manner and was shipped well. However from day one the system would suddenly CRASH. I contacted HP and worked with the tech support 3 separate times. After the 3rd try HP support sent out 5 CD's for system recovery. On the 4th try with HP tech assistance the system recovery did NOT work. HP stood behind the 90 day warranty and allowed me to ship the pc back to them. I should receive the pc back in 9 to 10 working days. One can see that I have had a frustrating month of issues with this unit. However; HP has stood behind their warranty so I'll re evaluate once the PC has been returned to me
