Good for Price
Bought as a gift and it is a big hit. Great deal although please be aware that this does require a wired hook-up to the internet. We have also experienced some issues powering the machine up and down.

a very good deal
For the price it is hard to go wrong. I don't see much diff. in blue ray to dvd but i have not seen what blue ray should look like.

Software freezes all the time. Do not Buy!
The first thing the device does when plugged into the internet is update to the latest firmware. Even with the latest firmware, the device freezes very frequently. Especially on the Netflix application, but it'll freeze on the main menu as well. It is a decent BlueRay player, although I kinda expected the video to be better, so I'm not sure if it is the player, the movies, or the TV, but it definately doesn't appear any better than a regular DVD. I highly recommend skipping this product.
