havnt had one yet
This product never worked for me I waited almost a year to use it and when i did it was a malfuctioning unit as i waited out of the time they had for return I thru it away thanks guys, all other products were fuctioning as expected......

Not worth it
I wanted to use this for a backup for a security camera, I found that it would fail often. So I returned to get another one, figuring that it was just defective. I have the same problem with the second one. Not worth the price.

Perfect
It arrived and was plugged in. Work great no hitches, except useing older usb 1.0 connections. then its slow or drops what your doing.

Keeps disconnecting
I have never had a plug and play dissconnect every time you open it. Very frustrating. I've tried differt seting on the computer and still disconnects on it's own. The bad part is I bought 2 for photo backups and I keep losing pictures.
