As advertised
Had similar problems as other reviewers, Hard Drive Crash and subsequent crying over three years of work. Installed without pain and able to access much of the lost data.

As promised
It's less than $10, and it works as advertised. We had a laptop CPU take a dump, so bought this enclosure to recover files from the HD. Worked great.

Great price, does what it says
If you need a simple, no frills drive enclosure this is great. Have two now holding drives from dead laptops using them as shared drives on a home server and as temp storage for moving data from one system to another.

Great item as advertised!
For the money spent, I am completely satisfied. Unit fits in computer bag and is used for Time Machine backups on MacBook Pro. I would definitely get another if it was ever needed.
