great monitor
This was a very good buy, considering I got it for $90. its super thin and light, and easily dismounts from its base. the only bad thing i can think of is that blacks don't show up very well, they're really light. I've tried calibrating, but it still isn't very good.

Acer Monitor
Bought this monitor when my Dell 19-inch monitor became erratic at power-up (sometimes it wouldn't). The Acer monitor looks good, and was easy to install - - although it came with a DVI cable and no VGA cable (which I needed). Ordered a separate VGA cable elsewhere, and now the monitor is running to my complete satisfaction.

Beware if you do not have an Acer keyboard
In order to set the contrast, brightness, etc, you must have a keyboard with an ''enrichment'' function key. I have yet to figure out how to set these functions with my HP keyboard.

I bought this by mistake but I'm happy with it!
I bought this monitor because I thought it was an LCD monitor. It was a nice surprise to see it was LED. The viewing angle is a bit narrow so you need to view the screen from pretty much right in front or looking down on it a little. If it's off to the side or above your eye line it's going to darken and distort the colors. Also when it starts up it's a touch slow at showing the picture but the wait is tolerable.

this brand is junk
do not waste your money, its better spent on the other .A. brands. I cannnot mention names on here.
