Very good product
The battery pack died prematurely on my HP. Only after replacing the power pack with this one did I realize the cause of the failure. This power pack works very well and I've had no problem with it.

My advise
This charger will charge the battery while you have the PC shut off but will not charge while you are using the PC. My advise is to Stay with OEM This was the 2nd charger offered. (for use on a HP Compaq nx9420)

Great adapter
I like this adapter better than the one that came with my computer! The plug into the computer is angled to give less pressure on the cord which is very nice. It has worked out great so far!

Fast Delivery!
I don't know anything about computer batteries- just that mine suddenly gave out. I comparison shopped and this was the best deal AND customer service helped me choose the right one for my computer. I was expecting to wait for shipping, but it showed up crazy fast! I think 2 or 3 days! Totally worth it.

Happy with Adapter
This adapter is better than the one that came with my laptop. The port to plug into the laptop is hard plastic and much nicer. The battery is cooler. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars all the way is because it does not have a 3 prong-ground plug. Otherwise very nice!
