AT&T CL2909 Corded Speakerphone
This AT&T® CL2909 Corded Speakerphone with caller ID/call waiting can be used flat on a tabletop or mounted on a wall and does not require AC power for operation. The AT&T CL2909 Corded Speakerphone features a speakerphone intended for hands-free use and a data
port that allows the use of another device such as a modem, fax machine, or answering system with the same wall jack. The CL2909 also features a 14-number memory for fast dialing and has a directory that can store up to 25 additional numbers with names. This telephone has a caller ID feature that supports caller ID with call waiting service. (Caller ID services are subscriber services available from your local telephone companies for a fee.) Solid Phone
This met the needs of elderly parents. Nice big numbers and easy to use. Only negative is the need for batteries to use speakerphone feature.

Exactly as advertised
Just what I needed to replace an ancient wall mounted phone. It has a cord so it doesn't need an AC power supply which looks awful on a wall phone. Only one complaint: the angle of the display makes you have to squat to read it. Otherwise it has exactly the features I wanted and it works flawlessly.

Solid affordable straight forward phone
I purchased this phone for my 90 year old mother, as she needed something simple and easy to see. I programmed the one touch buttons for her as she is no longer able to look up numbers, or dial them right! Now she gets who she calls first try. So glad there was still something like this out there on the market!
