Great for the Money

The video card was for a PC that had an integrated grpahics and was not support by Win7 so I upgraded to this card and it has been great. It works with the game I want. The only down side was that the standoff nuts broke & I had to carefully remove the broken threded stem. Other than that it has worked great.

Worst graphic card for XP

Need a PCI 64 bits to work fine. Need Intel chipset 965 and better (depending on manufacturer) 800Mz frontbus and P4 3.06 Gb CPU. Depending on number of card is already on MTB you might have to disconnect one so it can provide full bridge lanes. Will definetely work with Core2 and better as long as they are 64 bits MTB. Can be installed in an x8 and x16 PCI-e. Would not touch this card with a ten foot pole again. All DDR2 ATI graphic cards of those specs clearly stipulate that they are ATI-e rev 2.0. Information on EVGA site is very poor and their support works with pre-written scripts.

PCI doesn't get much better

Very smooth upgrade from my previous 6400. The performance bump is not that noticable, although I suspect my system's bottleneck is not in graphic processing anyway. Trouble free install, and running fine. I expect this will continue, I've never had a complaint with an EVGA card.

I'm surprised

It's been about a year and a half since I installed this in my computer because of problems with my AGP slot. I never thought a PCI card would ever work so well for gaming.
