Great little notebook
If folks are having problems with the touchscreen they probably aren't using the HP supplied cloth to clean the screen. The fingerprint reader can be adjusted. I uninstalled antivirus that comes with notebook, don't like it on any computer and have had no problems with using a different brand. Mousepad is a little touchy but most laptops have that problem. I've only found computer to be a bit slow when running multiple internet tasks by wireless. If I connect with ethernet no problem. My software programmer son likes this better than his 17 inch laptop by different company.

Nice try, but it fails at every aspect
I purchased the tx2 because the idea of a touchmart that became a tablet pc looked good and the features looked also great (card reader, small size, power processor, hard disk, etc). Unfortunately the computer is slow, and it uses to freeze all the time. Also, explorer cant work with Norton making almost imposible to open a window the first five attempts. With McAfee is not better, computer becomes even slower and use to suddenly shoot down. Also, finger reader only work with explorer, ... and so on. External quality looks barely acceptable, very plastic and fragile looking, far away from a Dell. Wihtout exagerating, this is the worst computer I ever had (out of five).

Not Good
I did not buy this product from TG, but I did have one. I had it for a week before the screen started to get messed up. It stopped for a month and then three quarters of the screen was all grayed out. The company tried to have me fix by flashing the bios and doing a system restore, which both failed. I sent it in for repair awhile ago and have yet to get it back.
