Works great
With minimal set up adjustments I was able to set up the slide show for our church to be sent to our nursery workers through a video selector. Since our nursery workers would otherwise miss the services we send video and sound over a cable to a TV. Since that left them out of seeing the slides presented to the church we set this device up to convert the VGA signal that goes to the projector to the video input of a video selector and now we switch between the slides and camera for our workers to see. I only ran across a few video settings that produced audio noise in our system, but I was able to rectify the problem by changing the frequency of the VGA signal. This shouldn't be a problem with most set ups though and is probably unique to our system as we have a lot of signals and power that sometimes require changes to avoid induced signal crossovers.

Works well, as advertised
Provides satisfactory VHS quality pictures on regular tube type TV. No adjustments were necessary when computer display aspect ratio set at 4X3 with vertical rate 60 fps.

Good Value
I was a bit skeptical about this product because of the price, but the reviews looked good, so I went for it. Upon arrival, it took me a second try and read of the directions to realize that I had to connect the USB in order to power the converter box. But then it worked well. The image is not HD quality, but that was not my expectation or the product indication. Nevertheless, the picture quality is good, and I was able to present on a large TV to a room full of people. Good Product for a low Price.

Don't work at all
Makes TV flicker a bit but that is all. Instructions say to flip switches on and off but device don't have switches labeled. Instructions don't help at all. Device don't do anything productive.
