Services (by Symbits) MSP-4 hour Helpdesk/Onsite Product Details
This MSP Support Service provides Level 1 onsite or remote technical labor for up to a 4 hour period. Usage will be calculated in 1 hour increments. This service is to be used for standard upkeep and repair of currently monitored equipment and cannot be used for upgrades or modifications to the existing hardware configuration.
This technician cannot be used for server software configuration or other tasks requiring specific certifications. (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
If an urgent matter arises, existing MSP customers can draw up to 2 hours of MSP onsite labor from SYMBITS prior to placing the order with the vendor.
Any existing MSP customer requesting pre-order support must place a formal order of (MSP-USHD-4HR-BLK) with the vendor for the service rendered within 24hrs of deployment.
Failure to place the order within 24 hours deployment can and will results in delay, postponement or termination of monitoring and maintenance until the account is brought current.
Technicians are not responsible for any issues that arise from product that are defective, damaged, incompatible or dead on arrival. Any such issues may result in added delays and expense to the customer.
