A Desired Product!
Better deal than E-bay. My refurbished camcorder looks brand new and comes with a 2 month warranty, plus I purchased another 2 year warranty. Camera is just the right size not cumbersome like my old Panasonic. Creates a sharp clear picture. Haven't tried downloading to computer yet. Shipping was as promised, thanks.

Great Camera
Bought this refurb unit to replace my GS250 which was a top of the line SD camera from a few years ago. This camera blows the GS250 away in terms of picture quality. Pros: great picture, manual focus, functions, 24p, 30p options, good manual, decent on board mic, external mic input, volume input control, good manual features, all around great camera Cons: as others have said the tape deck door has a little play when you hold the camera which makes you a little hesistant to grip to really firmly. Manual focus knobby is awkward to operate. Not easy to download HD video to computer Overall I have been very happy with the camera. had to take an extra step to download into my editing program because for some reason Vegas would not recognize the camera but a program called HDsplit did the trick. I have not yet explored all the function but so far very happy with it. Controls are good for the most part and even in low light the picture is decent.

Super deal
I have been wanting to purchase this unit for some time. It has all the features needed for my wildlife video capture. Features such as viewfinder, 1394 input/output, easy menu features, external mic input,the list of features goes on. This camera excels in all aspects and does not skimp. A great camera and a great deal.

Good Cam... Good Price
This was my first purchase of a digital camera. I used it to film my vacation. It worked flawlessly and has a great picture. It had all the features that I needed. this company shipped in a timely fashion, and everything was delivered as described. I would recommend this site and this camera.

Best Deal and Picture!
The picture quality is super. No problems with the camcorder at all even it is refurbished. Very sensitive microphone so you can hear background noise from camera but it is very quiet. Best buy consumer camcorder according Consumer Reports magazine.
