I'm not sure
Worked fine I'm thinking that there is probably underling issues with the pc's that caused the the problems of the other reviewers. The picture quality is fine remember this is not a thousand dollar video recorder with video and editing software ITS A WEB CAM. Bought 2, 3 are in my home 1 is at G-Ma all work fine.

poor quality webcam
I thought this could work out, I even got the dredded blue screen once on win7 unltimate 64bit. My brother got another brand and it works great! Besides software problems, I have no sound. I had to hook up separate mic to use. I agree, you get what what you pay for. In this case it is not even worth that. Sorry.

not as good as it looks
the picture quality is poor, (blury). should show better for the amount of pixel. volume goes in and out from time to time.

Can't get it to work
I tried installing this product on both a Windows XP-PRO Computer and a Windows 7 computer and could not get it to work at all. I even tried to get it to work on my Ubuntu 9.10 system and could not get anything out of it. The software seemed to install correctly every time, but when I would try to use the camera it always said (on all the systems) that the camera was busy and could not be accessed. I put it back in the box and now I use them for a conversational paper weight. Terrible waste of money!
