Battery is the problem; and not 2 hours
The rechargeable battery is a poor product. I read multiple reviews complaining of this, and sure enough, within 20 usages, the battery is down to about 10 minutes of use. Also I can only get about 60 minutes of recording at a time, which is 4GB of the 8GB, and it is not a function of low batteries.

I can't charge the battery ever. I tried all the tricks that I found online.

Horrible Upload times
This camera was easy to use and had decent quality, but good luck uploading and sharing. Even with high speed computer with good memory, it took forever. I sent it back.

Awesome little video recorder
The quality and resolution of the video is very good - no complaints. I use it to record live music to place on-line so the microphone sensitivity is an issue. There is apparently an auto-gain feature on the mic that causes some loss of sound just after the mic is overdriven by say a drumbeat or tamborine, resulting in a loss of bits of the music. For other video applications the Flip camcorder works great and plays back easily on a computer. Also, if one plans to record for 2 hours solid the batteries will most likely lose their charge before the 2 hours is up. So though the memory will provide 120 min of video, the batteries won't.
