Lacks instructions
The parts are all there, the quality is as expected, but for a layman who has never installed a chimney mount, there are no instructions, specially as to how to fasten the strapping.

Good product - No instructions
I am happy with this product. It is a good quality chimney mount. Unfortunately, it came with no instructions. Luckily, I found a video from This Old House that explained how to install it.
