The Corsair Core i7 XMS3 12GB PC12800 DDR3 Desktop Memory Upgrade is a 12288 MByte kit of DDR3 SDRAM DIMMs built using Corsair’s high performance heat sink which includes Intel’s Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP 1.2). The XMS3 family is Corsair’s mainstream line of performance DDR3 memory. These modules allow users to experience outstanding memory performance and stability. Available in platinum XMS heat spreaders, each module is built using carefully selected RAMs. This Corsair XMS3 PC12800 1600MHz 6GB DDR3 Desktop Memory Upgrade delivers outstanding performance in the latest generation of X58 DDR3-based motherboards. It has been tested extensively in popular X58 motherboards to ensure compatibility and performance at its rated speed. This memory has been verified to operate at 1600MHz at latencies of 8-8-8-24 at 1.65 VDIMM.

Specs are wrong! This RAM is 9-9-9-24
If you check the Corsair website, this part number is 9-9-9-24 RAM , not 8-8-8-24 as listed. I bought this RAM because I thought it had faster timings, but it doesn't. I should have checked other places before buying this RAM.
