This little beauty works like a charm! When we got it, I was a little concerned about the small size, but they pack a lot of camcorder into a small package. I like the fact that it records to the built in memory and that we can pull the SD card and plug directly to the computer (no wires for the kids or dog to trip over). It really is a quality refurb and a great product for a great price. Thanks TigerDirect. |

I purchased this camera to record live bands. It does a great job. The sound came out really clear just using the mike on the camera. It also has an input to take a feed directly from the board. I haven't used this feature yet. The mike does great and you can move around to different locations to record. I am very satisfied with this Camcorder. |

We haven't had any problems so far but have not used it too much yet. Did some videoing right away over Christmas but haven't played with the software yet or anything. |

We wanted an easy-to-use, lightweight, handheld camcorder for filming our son's basketball games and this meets all those needs and then some. We have taken a few stills also and they came out great, a little blurry because of the action but it was user error, not the camera since I didn't have it on the sports setting, still learning that stuff. Transfer to the PC is super easy, I didn't have any problem with the software, it has easy to follow directions for use, better than some other name brand software that took over all my photos a few years ago. We almost think refurbished is better than new because the product HAS been checked out and any problems corrected as well as the discounted price. Would not hesitate to buy refurbished again. |
