It's a sound card
It does its job. However it was a major PITA to install. Kept crashing my system, giving me a blue screen with parity memory error message. I have to agree that tech support is just short of worthless. I did however get it to work with some tweaking in my Bios settings.

Works Great
This card works fine for me I just needed an audio card to replace the nonfunctioning audio that went out on my motherboard and I have it set up as a 2.1 system.

Does not work on Windows 7
This might be the worst computer product I have ever bought. Spent hours on the manufacturer's web site and doing online research and could not get this card to work. I tried every driver I could find with no luck. It is the only product yet to crash my Windows 7. I eventually just threw it in the trash. Terrible product. Do not buy.

Easy installation on low profile puter. Config was a snap and nice sound quality. Great value.

Great Value
Expectations exceeded. Product works great. It is very basic and has a simple on screen volume controller. Software was simple and quick to download. If you want basic sound with good fidelity this Adaptor card works great.

Look somewhere else not so great
This product has horrible insulation it picks up more static than my on board sound. It was nice that it was cheap, but everything else about it is sub par you get what you pay for I suppose.

Great Sound Card For Dirt Cheap!
I couldn't be happier with this sound card. I needed an inexpensive one that would fit it in to one of those old slimline Compaqs...I bought this one, plugged it in and Voila! Started to work without any hassle. 5 STARS!

This card took out my computer
I thought I would go with a cheap solution to address my sound so I went with this card. It appeared to possibly have been tampered with out of the box. I kept getting scratchy noise with the sounds when I could get any sound at all. I kept thinking It must be a driver conflict issue and eliminated any existing drivers on board for the MB sound even though I disabled them in Program manager. Finally downloaded from their site and my computer finally crashed. Haven't gotten it to work right ever since. Not sure if it was bad drivers or bad hardware. NOT worth the cheap price!

cheap n' easy
friends low profile pc on-board sound died so i bought this product and installed it in just 5min and sound was back on.
