Excellent hardware product with NO Twain support
The hardware scans great. The scans are fast and of great quality. However, this is a prime example of where corporate decision makers live on a different planet of the average everyday user. NO TWAIN SUPPORT. It will only work with the supplied applications. If you want scans brought into your software you will have to scan them into a separate folder and manually import them. I checked with the company website and this was done deliberately via corporte decision, not accidently left out. Customer convenience is obviously not a priority with the folks who design their products.

Awesome Product
This works as expected, fast, reliable, great quality. I scan and send a lot of documents. I have the counterpart SnapScan for the PC which works wonderfully. Too bad the PC unit cannot work with the MAC. The only learning curve is getting it to save to the folder I set up on the desktop, a minor problem. Excellent, fast, great software. I have another brand of sheetfed scanner for another PC, this is far superior.

Best Scanner on The Market
This Scanner was exactly what I neded. I am a Land Title man with a lot of paperwork to keep up with. The Fujitsu is the Best scanner that I have purchased, easy installation, easy use and very little space to have. I would highly recommend this scanner to anyone I like. This machine scans very fast and is self feeding. What a great product!

Absolutely satisfied. Shrinking filing cabinets. scans directly to iPhoto.
