Works as advertised, BUT
The product does split an audio output to 2 different listening devices. But, when attached, the volume output is reduced significantly to about 70 percent of original volume. I would pass on this splitter unless signal output integrity is not a requirement.

Maxell 191206 3.5mm Headphone Splitter
I gave it all 5 stars because the thing works for what I bought it for. If it wasn't $1 after MIR, then maybe the value would be a little high and not sure how you can rate the features as it splits the sound and works? I bought it for my gf's car because the aux cable coming from the radio to hook into her new phone doesn't make a good connection at the headphone jack of the phone. Not sure if it is the phone but probably the cheap cable end, so I connected this to the cable and the other end to the phone and it works fantastic :) Maybe the gold connector ends help better.
