Pleased again
Well, I suppose the better review might be from someone who has had a product for several weeks or months, but so far, I'm very pleased. I was glad to see the drive bays were by LG--a dependable name. This thing really is a great tool. I edit videos for a half-hour TV program. I can make a duplicate DVD of the final product in only three minutes and twenty seconds. It's easy, effortless, smooth, and a real time saver.

Excellent Product
This machine does exactly what it says. It will not copy encrypted movies but once un-encrypted it will copy full length feature films from DVD to DVD in about 5 mins. I called the support line and it was answered immediately. I had put the DVD's in the maching in reverse (my fault). After inserting the discs correctly everything worked great. I am very satisfied.
