Destroyed my confidence in Palm
After using Palm PDAs for many years, I bought a Centro. This would be a great phone for me as it combines a really good PDA with a GSM phone. Unfortunately as you can read on many forums, the phone frequently freezes on texting, dialling or answering calls. I tried all the fixes I could find on the web, and called Palm several times to no avail. In my opinion, this makes it useless as a phone. With regret I returned the phone and went back to a Palm pilot and a separate phone. If it didn't freeze, or if I could find a credible fix for the freezing, I would love to get this phone again.

Great phone
Phone came just as advertized. Popped in my AT&T SIM Card and worked right way. Opens documents. Sync with my work computer and emails. Love it.

What you pay what you get
not much impressed with Palm Centro.. From feature perspective, very inconvinent to scheule and make out-calls. recommend other type of smartpone, such as Samsung Blackjack II, which provides better features (Window Mobile), design, functions, and the like. don't buy this phone even though free shipping was offered, not worth to carry around...

Wilson, where
Wilson where do you get the patch. i googled it and i dont find anything. please help. i put 1 because im getting thephone shipped and i keep reading everyone has problems with it. the guy under me is saying theres a patch but cant find it. will update review once i get it and and get the patch.

Great phone as ever
I bought 4 phones from USA to China,not just of the unbeateble price, but also is the PALM's performance. Although it does not have WIFI,GPS advanced technology function. But PALM OS is the best OS I have ever been used. Some people facing phone freezing when income a call please take a patch from PALM, The patch is update the carrier database to 668 which will resolve this issue
