You get what you pay for
I bought these to replace a pair of Clairion 2-ways on my Sea Ray jet boat. They produce sound. I was hoping they would have sounded better, but I was just looking for a cheap replacement as I intend to sell the boat soon. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. If I intended to keep my boat, I probably would have spent a little more and bought a pair with a greater frequency response and larger watt rating. Again, not BAD, but not great either.
