Good card , weird power cords

Any card over 200.00 is going to be awesome. This one works good for the money. The weird thing is the extra power adapter to run it, they are the old power supply ones, not newer sata. This was really a bad design, being that all computer 4 years old and newer have the newer power cords. Be prepared to buy an extra adapter.

Powerful and Durable

this card handles whatever I throw at it without even slowing down ive had it for 2 months now and couldnt be more satisfied i play semi recent computer games like skyrim for long peiods of time around 6 or more hours and it runs as smooth as can be

A monster

Seriously, this is a monster of a card. It's cheap, it's quiet. It does everything you could ever ask. Paired it with a i3 3.30GHz & 8gb or ram. Runs skyrim, dirt 2, batman, WOW, GW2, RIFT all on ultra with 40+ fps

So far I have used this card for the past 2 builds on a budget, it does wonders, and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Great GPU

So far I haven't found a game that would slow this graphics card down. It does get warm, so make sure to have a good air circulation inside your case.

Best GPU I've ever owned

I've had my card about 2 months now and this card has tackled every graphical chanenge I've thrown at it. An example is I forgot to change the power target of the card to 100% from 50% and I had no problems running Skyrim on Ultra with the 50%. Needless to say, I'm buying another card as soon as I can for an SLI on my system. I run the card with an AMD 8320 and 16Gb of ram. Paired with that you have an unstoppable gaming machine. I would Highly Recommend the Card.

As expected from EVGA

Top of the line feeling for a budget price. It runs flawlessly in my rig. It runs on max for all of my games New-gen included. The Direct X 11 will come in handy for Win 8 also (If i ever decide to upgrade). All around great buy.

This is a nice card!

I upgraded from a 4870 X2 factory over clock. This card not only improved in performance. For the basic users who might be reading this my windows 7 graphics rating is maxed out at 7.9 and playing games like SWOTOR and Games on steam like COD and Mass Effect run really good. It doesn't run hot and even with some overclocks I have had it remain stable and around 50 degrees C. So it does what I need it to do.

Significant improvement on my GTX 630. Shogun II: Total War frame rate went from 5 to 29...or choppy step at a time to movie motion with the settings at max. Older games load the battles in less than the proverbial 8 seconds. Other cards with the same GPU and memory were in the $300 range, so, bonus!

Good card, but..

When i got this card in was not compatible with my power supply and would blue screen me, this card is very dependent on a good power supply so make sure before you buy this, you have a good brand PSU. after i get my new PSU the card worked and performed wonderful.
