The Winegard HDP-269 TV Antenna Pre-Amplifier is Winegards latest pre-amplifier. Designed to complement the SS-1000 SquareShooter HDTV antenna, this high-input pre-amp boasts 12dB gain across the entire UHF/VHF band. The Winegard HDP-269 TV Antenna Pre-Amplifier helps make up for the loss from long cable runs, and also helps make up for the loss from using splitters. The mast mounted capability of the Winegard HDP-269 TV Antenna Pre-Amplifier, amplfies the signal at its strongest point. There is a possability of over driving your tuner if within 20 miles of the broadcast towers.
